Jean, Bill Gates seems like a very simple and nice person. He does not fit the profile of a big shot executive. Maybe if some companies are looking to find executives, they might want to consider "geeky" or "nerdy" types as well, like Mr. Bill G. Most CEOs I have seen seem like great talkers--unlike Gates.
