Daniel, Read this complete thread and other semi-equip threads. This industry has had some very large gains from the lows 6 months ago, and time is not on your side, here. UTEK has lagged the larger cap stocks in this industry, but it is not certain how long this will continue. I received a package from investor realations in 12/95 and found it very helpful. I like UTEK and rated it second among the 8 semi-equips I have been buying since last June. I don't mean to rush you, but AMAT, NVLS, KLAC, TNCR, and LRCX have had big moves recently and a quick move by UTEK to 40 could make your purchase much more difficult. Cary
