NW: As far as I can make out, this confirms two elements of the AV approach. 1. To strengthen the local content of information for users, and with it the interest of local advertisers. 2. To strengthen the business-to-business element. In the broader scheme of things, they are creating bundles of content to achieve the critical mass necessary to boost valuation for the IPO. I don't understand how they value the parts or the whole but it will have something to do with the quantity and quality of the "hits" AV can deliver to advertisers.
