Latest News Release on the new area play in Quebec NEWS RELEASE March 16th, 1999 TROYMIN ACQUIRES LAC ROCHER CLAIMS Troymin Resources Ltd (TYR-ME, ASE) is pleased to announce that it has acquired a 100% interest in a block of 59 contiguous mineral claims located in the Lac Rocher area of northwestern Quebec. The claim block referred to as the "Corbeau Prospect" is located approximately 40 kilometers northwest of the Nuinsco nickel discovery where a major drill program is now underway. The terms of the agreement include a cash payment of $29,500 and the issuance of 30,000 shares of Troymin to the vendors. The shares will be issued in two equal installments, the first installment due immediately, and second installment due on or before June 15th, 2001. The transaction is subject to Regulatory Approval. The prospects cover a portion of the contact between an ultramafic-intrusive including peridotites, pyroxenites and gabbros, and the older granitic gneisses along the northern edge of the Troilus volcanic sedimentary belt.
