I was watching dlc this afternoon and noticed that the stock was moving up from 6 to l0 cents. I decided to get in again at this point and with 30 minutes the stock traded almost 300,000 shares. What is the reason . I understand there is a convention in Germany, could this be part of the reason. Please advise.
