The problem is he is unable to stop the sliding of this stock. The urgent thing right now is to inject some confidence into the investment community by making some management change and shopping for a buyer. Based on the balance sheet and business prospect, this stock should be above 10, and he needs to work hard to get the stock above 10 quickly. How about authorizing a huge buyback? A huge buyback combined with the spin-off of CompUSA.com may get this stock moving in the right direction. He needs to create some excitement and an environment so the shorts will be scared and start covering
