Randy, Do they plan to charge for the service ? Or will they live on advertising ? There may be an opportunity for a company to collect a few of the useful free services and enhance them and make a profit by charging subscriptions. Of course that wouldn't be Amazon. From what I read, they don't have any intention of making a profit until it is "appropriate". Maybe AOL or Yahoo will buy the efax type companies and roll them into their standard service.
