The SEC wanted some more information.....and I believe it is getting done and back to them. From there.....I think they have 30 days to react after that...so another 30 days or so may be the plan....or what I'm expecting, anyhow. Since I have no idea what additional information they wanted.....I can't even guess how long it would take them to evaluate it. I'm sure it is a paper chase.......

The good news would be that first quarter sales and earnings should be known prior to trading.....and the internet IPOs that I have seen are all coming out very hot. Consolidation and mergers seem to be the new watchword.......It would be funny if we were talking buyout before we have trading.....but we do need to be watching for other small internet E-Tailers to get bought....and at what price. Larger internet companies are using stock....that amounts to funny money....but real, none the less.

Sitra and Schick can't say anything about anything.....so pestering them is pointless....I figure I'll give them a call around the first of April....if there is no other news before then.

Did I mention that my new Doublecases came with padded handles?
Life really does just keep getting better and better!
