The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Dynamic Information
System & eXchange Inc. will be held Wednesday, March 31, 1999 at
the Marriott Hotel and Convention Center in Provo, Utah

OREM, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 15, 1999--Dynamic Information System & eXchange Inc. (OTC BB: DIXS)
Monday announced the time and place for the company's annual Meeting of Shareholders.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 1999 at 7:00 pm in the Birch Room at the Provo Marriott Hotel and
Convention Center located at 101 West 100 North in Provo.

Shareholders at the close of business on Dec. 31, 1998 will be entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting. The items on the
agenda are as follows:

1. Election of the Board of Directors;
2. Fiscal Reports;
3. Joint Venture Partners;
4. The Creation and Purpose of the DiSX Media Division;
5. Other business as may properly come before the Annual Meeting or
any adjournment thereof.
