I would like you to point out one place that I "PROMISED" anything ?
Go ahead MR. Hansen point out the place where I "PROMISED" CSGI would get a NASDAQ listing. I would like to SEE IT!
Every time this issue came up it was in reference to them applying for a listing, and guess what they ARE applying for a listing.
I have NEVER or nor I EVER "PROMISE" or "GUARANTEE" ANYTHING! Who do you think I am your momy. ______________________________________________________________________ The picks Started By: Shawn Murphy Date: Dec 4 1996 10:19PM EST

This statement only proves that you have NO IDEA what you are talking about and the answer is simple.
Consygen(CSGI) was originally in the business of moving companies off of mainframes onto client servers. This is still part of their business and extends itself into the Unysis contract. For example, if CSGI gets a conversion contract from a Unysis client to change them from LS1100 to LS2200 or UNIX, and if that company also requires a Y2000 conversion, CSGI would do BOTH. It would NOT be logical or cost effective for CSGI to do the (mainframe/client server) conversion and another Co. to do the Y2000 Conversion. CSGI will do both at the same time. Thus, if a company needs both conversions done, CSGI is the answer. ______________________________________________________________________

Gee Kevin, sounds like you are backing off you claims I guess this response you made didn't mean anything? >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> To: Shawn Murphy (66 ) From: Kevin Hansen Feb 15 1997 1:04AM EST Reply #68 of 90
To All: CSGI is a SCAM stock, do not listen to Shawn hype this.
The company has absolutely nothing, not one thing.
It's PR firm tolm me in Dec CSGI would be coming out with financials the first og Jan, which of course it has not, 7 weeks later.
All they have are some marketing alliances that mean nothing. Garrantees absolutely no money at all.
I knew this from the first time I read about CSGI and did D/D back in Dec. Shawn likely is a promoter of failing stocks hired by PR firms to help boost the stocks.
There will be NO NASDAQ listing, the company has never released any financial info... they couldn't get a NASDAQ listing if Shawn gave every NASDAQ Governor a blow job.

This last statement proves that you have no integrity and WILL NOT stand behind what you say. If you believe as you posted and had ONE shred of evidence to back you up, you would of not "pussy footed" around the challenge I made to you. This proves to me that you have NO CLUE what you are spewing on the SI and you do not have the GUTS to stand for what you believe. |
