I've had the same options issues with Schwab (trying to buy at the ask), and called my team immediately. I was always given the asked price, eventually. In once case, I bid for 5 contracts at the ask, and watched it sit there for 10 minutes. Then the option took off and went up about 3 points. I called my team, and they filled me at the ask I had bid. My advice is to get on the phone ASAP. . .
