You're right, my mistake about 80 gallons it is only 40. It doesn't alter Cole's point that retail gasoline has maningi taxes. In UK gas retails at 65P a litre, in Canada it is around 50c Cdn a litre. So a 30% increase in oil should not mean 30% at the retail pump. If it does governments are gouging.
