This is just talk at this time
Good, but then does it rank with the "sugar daddies" and other tall tales, just another waste of time and resources.

Mr.Stone assured me there will be no dilution of stock
How does he propose to purchase a minimum of a 95% interest even in a shell company listed for trading on the "NASDAQ" with KRT limited cash resources without diluting the stock?
- It is not worth more than a token dollar?
- The brokerage firm hands it on a silver platter and recovers its costs through arbitrage and trading?
- Trade a property for it? Which one?
- Write a letter to Santa Claus?

The only reason for the news release was to stop any rumors if there was a leak of these discussions
That sounds like a poor excuse for a premature news release and an insult to his partners. Who could possibly have leaked it? One of KRT numerous employees? One of the many Board Members? Does he have reasons to believe that the other party cannot be trusted enough to keep the discussions confidential?

As a long term shareholder, you probably have heard such rumors fanned regularly for years.
