Art, They have sold 1.7 million shares previously, and I believe that this 500k is their last. I am not so concerned about them registering to sell, what concerns me is that no one is stepping up to buy. If management has done the job selling the institutions that we have been lead to believe, we would have them buying into the sell off. The bid quantities were very small today, and I was amazed to see so many small trades were taking place. And what ever happened to Southeast Research??? Where is the full report? It is true that Value Partners has recovered their costs and are converting into pure profit at this point, if they need capital for their next deal they will blow out their remaining stock in short order. I hope that they are currently in a cash rich position and choose to wait a while and sell over time. It will be good to get rid of them soon, and I also wonder what type of position our friends Paul Elliot and Paul Singer have left. It seems a little ironic to me that one little piece of news, and we would turn on a dime and begin our climb into the next level………………… "Launch Date".
