funny thing about Rumors:
they always seem to come up when a stock has had a big run up before Options Expiration Day (3rd Friday).

Last Friday the diligent reporters at bloomberger let us in on the little secret that GBLX (or someone else) might buy IIXC for $53 (IIXC was $54 then, it is $47 now.)

Today we have Herb (who writes some good stuff, i like him) share something during market hours that he knew could not be confirmed or denied.

One market source who is very reliable on takeover issues told me he hears a deal between the two could be reported as early as tomorrow morning.
