March 1999 DCH Corporate Update

DCH Building PEM Fuel Cells

A representative of Eaton Corp. and David P. Haberman, Chairman of
DCH Technology, witnessed tests of the circular fuel cell stack built
by DCH personnel in the Wisconsin facility. The cell performed well
and the extent of industrial engineering that had been performed by
DCH Chief Scientist Dr. Mark Daugherty's team was evident.

The cells will be demonstrated at the National Hydrogen Association
(NHA) meeting (see "Several 'Firsts' ..." below). The cells will be
powering certain representative loads appropriate for the technology.
DCH has made strong teaming relationships in key applications for
marketing purposes.

DCH Providing More Public Information

DCH has recently expanded its website and associated "hot links" to
support more access to information about the company. The
California
Hydrogen Business Council website is a nes connection which was
expertly built by Rick Masters and has a great depth of information.
We have also issued several press releases recently in an effort to keep
shareholders better informed. Details of a public interview with David
Haberman, televised on Friday, March 5, 1999, will be posted on the
website.

Several Firsts Scheduled for NHA Meeting

DCH plans to display hardware and applications in three different
booths at the NHA Annual Conference (information about the
conference may be obtained by calling the NHA at (202)223-5547).
Activities include a demonstration of the Hydrogen Safety Badge using
the Thick Film Hydrogen Sensor from Oak Ridge National Laboratory
and a discussion of the plan for the Maritime Hydrogen Technology
Development Group presented in a speech by David Haberman.

Several marketing "partners" will also be in attendence discussing how
they work with DCH Technology on potential new markets.

New Area Code

DCH has been assigned a new area code (661) by Pacific Bell. It is in
effect now.

(661) 775- 8120
