America's premier installation to test and evaluate rocket propulsion systems,
materials and other components vital to the U.S. space program.

AlliedSignal will staff and operate a number of major functions at this facility,

the safe introduction and ongoing use of propellants. AlliedSignal will test a
wide array of spacecraft hardware, including life cycle tests of the Space

AlliedSignal Technical Services. "Our strong partnership with NASA at the
White Sands Test Facility has already led to ISO9001 certification here and
the first ever Hammer Award given jointly to a government-industry team," he
said.

The AlliedSignal subcontracting team at White Sands includes L&M
Technologies Inc. and Lynx, Ltd. L&M Technologies will provide logistics,
engineering drafting and construction, technology information, facilities
maintenance and operations. Lynx will provide environmental services.
