Aber is bound by the terms of the JV agreement.

"Estoppel is the legal notion that a man may not deny the truth
of his own representations, when some other person has relied upon
them. "Representations", of course, include what may reasonably be
implied from a man's conduct."

Has anyone checked out the Aber web site for any mention of a JV exploration agreement with WSP this winter? News releases? CF or Bulk Sample Reports? 12 million dollar exploration program? Does it even mention Camsel Lake/Snap Lake? Why not?

So now what, the check is in the mail?
