I also saw that today with OMGA and didn't know what to make of it. ISLD was on the bid side, but stayed off the ask for a LONG time. If someone told me to expect ISLD on one side only, I would have thought they would be selling into that rally to take profits, especially near the end of the day. What do you think kept the traders away?
