Talking to friends it seems like they ran out of FLAS quickly.
Unless you had placed your order within 2-3 mins, you would
not have got any FLAS. Etrade must have got very few shares of
FLAS.

As for MLTX, I know many who got it. My only guess as to why
you did not get it, is that you probably entered your order
much later.
