BTW..any agency that competes diiectly with the arirlines is
limited to the exact same margins and it doesnt come close to the margins claimed by IFLY

Traditional travel agencies run at 8% commission with $100 cap.
Internet travel agencies run at 5% commission with $10 cap.

IFLY combined traditional travel agent service (with interactive CHAT) with the communication efficiencies and market reach of the Internet and do collect traditional travel agent commissions.
In addition they receive a helpful override commission dependant on volume.

And how come George Warde (former CEO of American Airlines AND Continental) would be involved in a company that "cooks the books"?

And don't imagine he's off playing golf most of the time. I heard he is heading up most of their negotiations with major players - while launching his own regional airline too.
