Ron: I agree with your perspective. Hyping of a stock before it can demonstrate that the hype is justified may result in a short-term price increase, but may also result in a thud if there are temporary setbacks. And given the nature of the dessert dirts, I'm sure there will be setbacks. I like Maxam's low-key approach.

On the other hand, I see nothing particularly wrong with arranging a visit by investment professionals to "kick the tires". I think the professionals need to see what is going on out in the field. Presumably, they will form their own judgements, rather than buy the company's line hook, line and sinker.
