the problem with this stock...is that the product that this company represents is not compelling. There are numerous competitors and there is no call to action from the public or the investment community that NAVR has a unique brand that will be a leader. Period. S-1 or not. All this wishful thinking and speculation that a price upgrade is predicated on a bureaucratic and institutional mechanmism like a S-1 filing is hogwash. If NAVR was a compelling internet play....it would be moving up on the prospect of being involved with NETR....period. It's not.
