David, In a brief check of several search engines under Harold Monteau (no A.) I did find some info. Maybe this is already well known to most but if it is the same person in the law firm representing GLB it might shed some light on the character we are dealing with. In YAHOO there was an editorial reference to Mr. Monteau from the Sacramento Bee and it was not a very positive one. It also references an article in the W.S.J. that it calls "alarming" regarding Mr. Monteau and his commission. In HotBot there was an article regarding his resignation from the commission and how Mr. Monteau did not fulfill his duties as the commissioner. Sorry for the sketchy details but I have not yet figured out how to insert URL's. In addition, I'm not exactly sure how important any of this is. It's just info I stumbled upon. I appreciate any follow up by those of you more versed in computers can provide. Sincerely, Mike H.
