gobulls,

Wit received 34k shares of pcor. Wit will get more shares of ivil because of 2 reasons.

1. pcor's total offering was 2.2 million shares, ivil is offering 3.65million.
2. wit is listed as a e-manager for ivil where pcor they had no such standing.

For this issue there are more total shares to work with and wit should get a higher percentage of shares because of their status as e-manager. For example WIt about 1.5% of the offered shares of pcor. Marketwatch-wit was a emanager and they received about 2.2% of the shares. Thus since they are emanager of this issue and if the receive 2.2% of the 3.65 mil then they will get about 80,300 of this issue.
