I can't believe you folks are soaking up ECi as suitor. Remember all shares in options are to be factored in for a takeover, so PAIR has a lot more shares in a takeover. You're looking at some serious dilution for ECI absorbing even a billion dollar takeover (12-13). And such a premium will not go over well at all. I say PAIR is not taken out for 6 mos, while they digest ADSL mkt. and see if HDSL-2 sells. Unless a great offer comes along.
