Are you suggesting that WSP and ABZ just had a verbal Agreement? WSP delivered a letter (Time Lapse). This is telling me that a clause was put into a contract. THEY HAD A CONTRACT! Your grasping at straws! It's an open and shut case. WSP will prove a pattern from previous history, WSP will clearly state that a budget was presented and a "call" was made. ABZ chose to ignore the call. This is elementary Law here, We are not dealing with a complicated issue here. Do you pay for your Groceries after you take them home from the supermarket? fIXER
