Hi Bob, Sorry it took me so long to respond. Mr. Downey finally called back and was as pleasant as ever. He actually spent a lot of time explaining how a lot of things went wrong with Chur and how they basically ran out of money fighting things. He said that he wishes now that they had not filed bankruptcy and that it was a decision that was very difficult for him to make and probably based upon bad advice. Anyway, Eco is a company that he has started that is working in the area of researching other environmentally friendly products. Didn't go into it. They are located in an incubator type office. The type that high tech companies use to share expenses. He said that it is an interesting proposition to take another company public through Chur but that Eco is just not in the position to do that right now. Said that he knows of no reason why Chur has been trading and why the price is up. I could tell that it was hard for him to say this but he said that although there may be potential in the future, right now our stock is not going anywhere based upon any info that he has. And he would be the one to know. He did express his sorrow for the shareholders and reiterated that he lost a bundle too. I really believe that he tried, the cards were just stacked against him when he took over Chur and he made some bad decisions as far as business ties. My shares really wouldn't be worth selling at this point so I'll just put them away and WHEN the MMs make the next run (and they always do) I'll dump them then. Wish I had better news but thats all for now.
