With the exception of one hyped, fast, pump and dump run quite a while back (even before they signed their first contract), TSIS has traded in a pretty methodical fashion both up and down. A lot of us are expecting (maybe wishfully) a significant move to the upside at some point. But the way it is trading, I don't know if we will see one of these manic moves we've seen on so many other pennies, unless we get some dramatic unexpected news.
