You ever tried calling Schwab during trade hours ?
I call my team during market hours all of the time. I get very nearly an instant response.

PS : Who's your team ?
It was the old Schwab 500 team. Now it's the Platinum deal/thingie. Special services for active traders.

Believe me, and you can check my postings on this very thread, I was pretty unhappy with Schwab for a while. But things have improved over the last year.
