I do't think this will be a long drawn affair, The dispute I mean.

I honestly can't see any legitimate excuse for Aber to have ignored normal practice in the written confirmation and the prompt payment of the cash call. So what they had in mind is a mystery that seems to be based on stupidity or cupidity.Just my take without access to the documents.

I assume the splitting of the company has more to do with ultimate disposal or take over concepts than the dispute. No connection with the dispute IMHO.

The dispute has already gone far enough that only a suit or a negotiated out of court settlement will resolve it, and so far there's no indication of detail on either avenue.

We could all get part-time employment as WAITERS, that's what we seem to be. Wait for this, wait for that........It's tough being a minority owner.
