Nice to have someone here so early. As a slave to the corporate "graveyard shift", it get's pretty lonely here at night. 2am here, so no matter where you are, it must be early!
I like your method of buying the "high priced" stocks. I've used that method in the past, but not always efficiently. I also was able to pick-up many shares (of a different stock) through a company stock purchase program, which allowed me to buy at 85% market value...only catch was that I had to work for the company! LOL.
Anyway, I always get into the stock purchase programs of the companies I work for...it's usually a great deal. And yes, I've worked for several (4) high-tech companies. After all, in this business promotion is usually gained through transition to a competitor.
16 days until pup arrives...bought a nice dog house today. Funny that the colors matched the house I live in. Of course that makes my wife happy. Also got lots of bumpers for training (not to be used for quite awhile yet), a whistle, DOKKEN dead-fowl trainer, and various toys. I think my wife is right...this is my surrogate child!
