I called the priority trading line yesterday sometime after 2PM and it answered before the second ring

customer service however, seems to be a wait

and how can you be better off at Brownco for hold time - it is terrible everytime I call... though I will say they have improved it to under two minutes - except of course when the market is busy, and then it is a while longer <G>
