While I agree with Kim's efforts to forge a viable shareholder group, I feel it is essential that the group's efforts not be limited to the replacement of the current management, an effort that will take many months---if it is accomplished at all. The company (and therefore the shareholders) may not have that kind of time. There must be an attempt to establish ongoing communication with present management and influence company policy NOW. If the company goes belly up, replacing management will a moot point. The first-line issue is the survival of Thermo Tech. The reality is that Rene is there and will be for months to come. While righteous fulmination may feel good, it won't mean a damn thing if the company folds and the stock holders lose everything.

The group should attempt to maintain reasonable communication with management, making its presence known as a "watchdog" entity, weighing in on key issues such as overhead, etc. In fact, I believe that those of us who bothered to contact Rene on the issue of a reverse split made a difference in the ultimate decision not to pursue that disastrous course---at least for now.

The next few months may be critical to the survival of the company, and blustering on the internet won't mean a hill of beans to that. Putting management in a well-orchestrated spotlight might. An effective group could, for example, organize a flood of faxes and letters to Rene on a particular issue at appropriate times. To me this kind of concerted action makes much more sense that just verbally lambasting Rene. We've heard it all---it makes no difference.
