Jon,
re your 3905 I don't know where or why you would have the impression that I think that when a company goes public 12 new employees "come walking through the door". And I certainly would never in my even wildest dream would ever consider that, "...they're certainly not going to hire a valet parker and a personal pilot for the new corporate jet at start up."
Without going into any details, Jon, I have run companies before. You are stating that you run a business and I take that statement on face value.
It isn't really important but I have been around NASCAR happenings for about 30 years. I understand first hand how that industry has grown. It is neat to talk about an association with "NASCAR" and "ARCA" and all the neat images that this conjures.
However, when it comes down to paying bills, keeping the doors open, meeting the payroll, getting operating capital, etc. you are not going to be able to teach me a great deal because I have "been there and done that".
I have run and may decide to run again a company larger than MRPS. And, you bring up something about MRPS that is very disturbing. Very disturbing.
You said, "If I recall, MRPS only went public very recently as a result of a reverse merger into a shell." Now, without ANY information about this, bells begin to go off very loudly. And, the old "down-home" horse sense in me tells me that I should ask the basic question of what the heck is going on here?
This, coupled with some very loud bells about connections with Russo Securities, Inc. and other things makes me even more determined to get to the bottom of what is going on here.
Now, Jon, having said that, let me again say that I like the potential of MRPS. But, it is just that, POTENTIAL. I don't buy just potential, I buy realism. And, a long string of positive press releases just doesn't cut it for me. You do as you wish, but I need to have realism and facts and financial statements that aid me in making investment decisions.
