Bob: I did not leave the cash equivalent out, I thought everyone knows it is $3.5 MM whichever way you deliver it. By April, they will not have these few extra millions available, and I have pointed out that I did not know how to interpret the 1% per month, whether it is interest (already implying cash equivalent to those that understand money) or available ownership. I'll be glad if you find out what that 1% per month is. Zeev
