Once again, I did receive a shareholder's meeting notice and a proxy card from FAMH....and I may be the only one to receive the material because my shares are registered.

The date of the postmark on the envelope this time was Mar 4 '99 and it came, again, from United Stock Transfer, Inc. Think of all the money FAMH saves this way....only one registered shareholder so for postage costs for this mailing they were only out a whole $0.77. They have to cut costs somewhere to preserve their lifestyles.
