Here they are pretty interesting stuff.

1997-02-17
TORONTO, ONTARIO

Prospectors Alliance Corporation (PALL - CDN Toronto) is pleased to
announce the following drill hole results from its optioned,
jointly held 1,796 acre Alder Pond base metal prospect in Somerset
County, northern Maine, U.S.A.

Assays from split drill core have been received from vertical hole
nos. 111 to 114 inclusive and are pending for vertical hole nos.
115 to 119 inclusive, all completed to delineate the Main Zone
deposit at 50 foot centers along northwest-southeast section lines
100 feet apart.

The following is a tabulation of the drill hole assays recently
received:

Hole No. Interval Width % Zinc % Lead % Copper Silver
(ft) (ft) oz/t
------------------------------------------------------------------

111 NO SIGNIFICANT ASSAYS

112 198.6 - 260.8 62.2 3.35 0.24 0.93 2.09

113 150.4 - 213.0 62.6 3.25 0.19 1.52 1.32

114 162.5 - 193.6 31.1 9.52 0.31 2.24 1.92

Gold assays are pending.

The flat-lying Main Zone massive sulphide deposit has now been
delineated along a northeast-southwest length of 500 feet and a
northwest-southeast horizontal width of 150 feet with vertical
thickness varying up to 97.8 feet (drill hole no. 109).

A new parallel zone has been intersected in the most recently
completed drill hole no. 120, approximately 200 feet down dip
northwest of the Main Zone at the same flat, northwesterly-dipping
old paleosurface now marked by an Andesite-Rhyolite volcanic
contact. Drill hole no. 120 has returned 96.6 feet of semi-massive
to massive base metal sulphide mineralization at the interval from
257.9 to 354.5 feet in the hole and the split drill core is now in
transit for assaying. Current drilling is focusing on extending
this new mineralization with 50 foot vertical hole step-outs.
