BATON ROUGE, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 17, 1999--Internet Media Corp. (OTC: USRF - news), a developer
and deployer of two-way wireless Internet broadband and owner of CyberHighway, an Internet service provider to over 80
markets in 12 states, announced today that it has acquired the e-commerce domain ''e-tail.com,'' which will become the name
of the company's e-commerce site and service.
''The e-tail.com domain is an extremely valuable asset,'' said Internet Media President David Loflin. ''The fact that Commerce
Secretary William Daley referred to e-commerce as 'e-tailing' in a recent Associated Press interview confirms our belief that we
