Delaware is somewhat curious in that VDAT is a Florida corporation. Delaware's always a good choice and gives maximum flexibility but it raises the suspicion that VDAT may have bigger long-term plans for DNET than just as a 51% sub? Or maybe there was something about Colorado law that made life more difficult.

The name change makes sense, lets people know what they're all about. EDnet sounds like an educational network.
