Jack, I just spoke with Mr. Jack Purdy, The major shareholder in PTV. The company is back in his hands and will be re-listed on the Vancouver Exchange, as PTV. It is unlisted now along with ACCY on the Nasdaq. They are planning a whole new approach and will not utilize the card concept at all. If you call the 604 540 8277 number they will refer you to his number, 604 687 0300. My course of action will be inaction for a reasonable length of time, to give them a chance to pull this out.
