I interpret this latest release as a positive step.However I also note that The EDC chairman talks about a "tentative agreement" at this stage.This almost certainly carries with it many conditions and will require full disclosure of audited financials,current cashflow and future projections.This may explain the list attached to the pr.The good news is that these same details are precisely what we have been waiting for since last summer! I look forward to the pr which outlines with more specificity the size of this deal and the date when it was signed. Then you will see a reaction in the stock price....
