Yes...you understand correctly...at the $4.95 trial for 30 day price...people could not sign up fast enough... I even signed up...and I am short OMGA myself!! Here's the thing.....it takes some effort to "try this product"...getting the data feed in, the order structure, and setting it up, writing the scripts to backtest your data etc. I imagine a lot of people...after investing that much time....might at the very least...go for the basic package "Tradestation" @ $3K. They also have a payment plan with 0 interest...so you can spread out the payments...which makes it more affordable... I saw the software...and versus Tradestation 4.0...5.o is a lot easier to run...(a major block to users in the past might have been ease of use)..... They have it tied into ETrade for ordering (if you want) and Etrade is also a co sponsor of a conference they are planning...OmegaWorld. It is impressive software....should have my package soon...and I will report to the team.....I must admit...I have a secret weapon...a genius 16 yr old son..who is a programmer....who is into stock analysis....so...ease of use...will be less of a problem for us...than the average consumer....
