roy, you made the statement "ancr could be bought for under $50 mil" on 30 oct. 98. the chart i've included clearly shows ancr in the $1.75 range at that time. one week later it was over $2 and a month later it was close to $4. exchange2000.com from the 3rd quarterly report ancr had close to 13mil shares. the poison pill was announced on 3 november 98. <<"The lawyers and bankers looked at the ANCR filings and determined that the investors ability to continue to issue shares made a significant transaction almost impossible. So we canned the idea and moved on". after all your contradicting statements. do you still stand by your statement that ancr could have been bought for under $50 mil?
