roy,
you made the statement "ancr could be bought for under $50 mil" on 30 oct. 98. the chart i've included clearly shows ancr in the $1.75 range at that time. one week later it was over $2 and a month later it was close to $4. exchange2000.com
from the 3rd quarterly report ancr had close to 13mil shares.
the poison pill was announced on 3 november 98.

after all your contradicting statements.
do you still stand by your statement that ancr could have been bought for under $50 mil?
