No. Have been in contact periodically with new management team by e-mail. Like what they have told me so far. Elan from what I am told has bought on the open market, even with the rights they have. Price was up nicely yesterday on heavy volume for this company. I would not expect any quick announcement on anything, but I may be mistaken. Joe
