re A Cohen, yes she has been consistent but so has been a broken clock.<g> Seriously, if you have ever seen her in action, she is one of, if not the best salesperson in the arena. She is so credible looking, confident in her presentation and possesses that down to earth look that can get away with murder. I meant all of the above as a compliment.
Regarding oversea economies, you said, "If they don't improve at all, it is difficult to rely on US consumers to do the heavy lifting for too much longer ....."
This is exactly the scenario that I am afraid of. Remember the Chinese saying about navigating a boat against the current, if you don't go forward, you are going backward. These economies are struggling, if US does not keep them inching forward, all may go down, fast.
