AAFGQ added to StockAlert Newsletter! Anyone else see this? Here is StockAlert's pick: AAFGQ - All American Food Group, Inc Yes, they are coming out of chapter 11. The Q at the end of the symbol means that the company the company filed to REDISTRIBUTE AND CONSOLIDATE debts, under a reorganization plan. This will allow the company to pay less interest on loans and consolidate fund payments to creditors. It is a move often chosen by new management to rebuild a company. This reorganization places the company in a better financial position and gives them leverage to make more deals with other companies. The new deals in place will allow the company to exceed its 1999 revenue projections. The reorganization if approved by the creditors(NOT A PROBLEM HERE WITH ALL THE CONTRACT DEALS IN PLACE, WITH MORE COMING), will move the company forward. Assuming the website opens as scheduled(the president has said it is on schedule), AAFGQ is poised to have a major run up through next week. There are several PR's coming soon; with a possibility of one this week. Don't count on the PR this week as many times a news release gets delayed for one reason or another. Expect a PR next week along with the website opening. I will not be posting this information until this afternoon or tomorrow to allow you to do your own DD and decide if this stock is for you. Do not rush to get this stock until you decide if it's for you. It already reached a high today of .27 and has settled down for the mid-day dip.
