SOITEC - Who We Are soitec.com Founded in 1992 as a commercial spin-off from LETI. The Newstand has a press release about their successful IPO on the "Nouveau Marche" of the Paris Stock Exchange, completed about a month ago. Soitec marche en avant, mais Kopin va nulle part.
