To All, Cramer said on CNBC that CPQ indicated at a recent Bear Stearns conference call, that at least for now, they will not pre-announce. Just thought I would pass that along. I am short CPQ, but I might consider covering. On a separate note SEC noted that they intend to crack down on companies giving "selective information" to analysts and favored investors. It is nice to see SEC announce that they intend to start doing their job. <g>
