Based on what I would figure is a 10% chance the original deal will go through, a 50% chance a revised deal will get negotiated at 2/3 the original deal, a 20% chance the revised deal will be 1/2 the original deal, and a 20% chance the takeover will fall through, I think the shares are worth about $3.00, so last week I bought a pile at $1.56. The current short-term technical analysis would seem to back me up as well.
